underwhelming stay near the beach
poor soundproofing limited buffet
the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby stores.
My room was smaller than expected. the soundproofing was poor and i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway at all times. the breakfast buffet was rather limited.

average stay with a couple of issues
limited equipment repetitive menu
The gym was not excellent. It had very limited equipment, only some dumbbells, a cycle machine, and a walk and run machine. i also noticed the breakfast menu repeated daily, mainly corn flakes, so the food options felt restrictive. it didn't feel like they catered well to tourists. additionally, the lack of a super-sport channel meant my husband couldn't watch soccer. He had to resort to using his cellphone.

Perfect Service and Cleanliness
clean room great decor prompt service convenient location
The room was very clean and cool. Its decor was great I asked for housekeeping service late at night, and they provided it promptly. The staff was accommodating. I also found the location great because it was situated next to a mosque.
The gym was slightly smaller than expected, but it met my basic needs for a quick workout.

Breakfast each morning featured many delicious options, and the staff, particularly Tarun, Alax, and Dulita, were kind and helpful every morning I felt welcomed. They were eager to assist and ensured my day began wonderfully.

Samander at reception was kind and helpful. I felt very supported. Saurabh, the cleaner, maintained a super clean room, checking daily on my needs for towels and water. Such attentiveness is appreciated.

lack of balcony no fresh air
the location was in a nice place and the staffs are very good. housekeepers nerice, kaung and niraj did very good room cleaning.
the rooms don't have A balcony, so there was no place to dry anything. there was also no fresh air available inside, so i was really disappointed.

extensive buffet good regulation thorough cleaning
the breakfast buffet was extensive (i especially liked the fresh pastries!). the room included good air conditioning regulation. cleaning by housekeeping staff was prompt and thorough.
the private parking is quite small.
